Build & Bloom OT is a pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping children develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to participate in everyday life.
We believe every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, challenges, and ways of learning. Our approach is centered around understanding the whole child and creating meaningful opportunities for growth through play, connection, and purposeful activities.
At Build & Bloom OT, we work alongside children and their families to support participation in the activities that matter most—from play and learning to self-care, daily routines, and social participation. Our goal is to help children feel more confident, capable, and connected in their everyday lives.

Meet Kruti Brictson, OTR/L
Meet Kruti Brictson, OTR/L
Founder & Registered Occupational Therapist
Kruti Brictson, OTR/L, is a registered occupational therapist, devoted mother, and founder of Build & Bloom OT. She is passionate about helping children develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to successfully engage in daily activities and reach their full potential.
Kruti earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University and received certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) in 2021. As both an occupational therapist and a mother, she understands the importance of supporting each child's unique journey and partnering with families every step of the way.
Her professional experience includes serving children and families in a variety of settings, including educational environments through San Diego Unified School District and healthcare settings with Sharp HealthCare. She has also worked with children in early intervention programs and has volunteered with organizations dedicated to supporting children and families in the community.
Through Build & Bloom OT, Kruti strives to create a warm, supportive, and child-centered environment where children can build upon their strengths and develop meaningful life skills.
